一、Job Description
1.As a Compliance Specialist, you will support the compliance team in daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure the suppliers’ products adherence to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and Company’s compliance policies.
2. You will be responsible for organizing, sorting, and maintaining compliance-related documents, including certification records, audit/test reports, training materials, and regulatory updates, ensuring document accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
3. Assist in coordinating suppliers’ compliance audits/testings, such as preparing audit materials/testing samples, arranging audit/testing schedules, and following up on audit/testing findings and corrective action progress.
4. Help update and manage the company’s compliance document system/database, including policy documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance checklists.
5. Support the organization of compliance training activities, such as preparing training materials, notifying participants, recording attendance, and collecting feedback.
6. Monitor and track changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, compile information summaries, and report to the compliance team in a timely manner.
7. Assist in preparing compliance reports, statistics, and data analysis forms for internal management and external communication.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to collect compliance-related information, convey compliance requirements, and ensure smooth implementation of compliance work.
9. Maintain communication with external certification bodies, the 3rd party Lab and regulatory authorities for document submission, information inquiry, and follow-up on certification processes.
二、Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, Quality Management, Materials, Chemical, or related fields.
2. 1-3 years of working experience in compliance, administration, quality assurance, or related administrative support roles; experience in export-oriented enterprises or manufacturing industries is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of domestic and international compliance regulations, industry standards, and certifications (such as ISO series, CE, UL, RoHS, REACH) is an advantage.
4. Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong document sorting, data entry, and report compiling skills.
5. Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance documents.
6. Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and ability to cooperate with internal teams and external partners efficiently.
7. Excellent written and spoken English skills, capable of reading and sorting international compliance documents and communicating basic information with foreign institutions.
8. Familiar with document management systems and compliance administrative processes is a plus.
9. Positive work attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to adapt to changes in regulatory policies.
10. Integrity and professionalism, with a clear understanding of compliance work norms and confidentiality requirements.
