藥物合成
崗位職責:
1.Early-Stage Peptide Synthesis & Scale-Up:
oLead synthesis/purification of complex peptides (>50 aa, cyclic, multi-disulfide, non-natural amino acids) for hit-to-lead optimization.
oDevelop scalable processes (SPPS/LPPS) from mg to 100g scale with focus on speed, purity, and cost-efficiency.
oTroubleshoot challenging sequences (e.g., hydrophobic peptides, aggregation-prone motifs).
2.Technology & Platform Innovation:
oSpearhead R&D initiatives for novel peptide modalities:
?Antibody-peptide conjugates (APC)
?Peptide nucleic acids (PNA)
?Stapled peptides, cell-penetrating peptides (CPP), or other advanced scaffolds.
oEvaluate and implement cutting-edge tools (e.g., flow chemistry, AI-assisted design, automated purification).
3.Client Project Leadership:
oServe as primary scientific contact for clients: design synthetic routes, advise on feasibility, and deliver data-rich reports.
oManage timelines for fast-turnaround discovery projects (e.g., 100s of analogs for SAR).
oMeet or exceed client’s expectation
4.Operational Excellence:
oOptimize lab workflows for high-throughput synthesis and purification (HPLC/UPLC).
oOversee analytical characterization (LC-MS, HPLC) and ensure data integrity.
5.Team Development & Strategy:
oMentor chemists in advanced peptide synthesis techniques.
oCollaborate with leader and BDs together to develop business opportunities.
oIdentify new service opportunities and deliver more materials for business development (e.g., PNA synthesis, bioconjugation).
任職要求:
?PhD in Organic/Peptide Chemistry + 4+ years (or MS + 7+ years) in peptide synthesis (CRO/biotech preferred).
?Expertise in synthesizing complex peptides (e.g., long sequences, multi-cyclic peptide synthesis).
?Proven peptide scale-up experience.
?Passion for innovation (e.g., publications/patents in novel peptide chemistries).
?With rich organic synthesis experience.
?Fluent English (written and spoken) for technical client communications, report drafting, and scientific literature synthesis.
