崗位職責(zé):
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to design and develop methods for synthesis, purification, and analysis of chemically modified nucleotides, including Nucleoside monophosphate, Nucleoside diphosphate, Nucleoside triphosphate.
2. Guide the team to effectively troubleshoot synthetic/process issues and find solutions.
3. Utilize analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, and/or LC-MS for the analysis of both crude and purified nucleotide products.
4. Supervise the team to analyze, interpret, and organize analytical data.
5. Organize the internal and external meeting and prepare /present the progress to the client to meet or excel their expectation.
6. Contribute to the organization of the synthesis lab including upkeep of lab instrumentation, day-to-day operations, and adherence to EHS rules and regulations
任職要求:
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above in chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years of experience in an industrial or academic lab setting. Ph.D. with oversea learning or working experience will be a plus.
2. Excellent background in organic chemistry and hands on experience with nucleotides synthesis.
3. Experience with instrumentation such as analytical and prep HPLC, LC-MS, NMR etc. is required.
4. Good understanding of chromatography and experience in developing methods (IEX/RP HPLC, LC-MS) is a plus.
5. Ability to function within a highly interdisciplinary environment is a must.
6. Excellent written and oral English communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work within a team and/or independently are required.
