Your key responsibilities: ● Employee Engagement & Employee Experience - Engages with China Informatics site leaders and employees on all levels and ensures a good employee experience and a great place to work ● Lead the development of strategic content ie China Site Engagement Framework that connects and showcases the value of the organization and how it directly impacts patients and Roche’s 10-Year Ambitions ● Lead site leadership workshops through meaningful contents, orchestrate the execution of site focus area to drive tangible outcome to realise site vision ● Support and facilitate site or team engagement/community building activities and events to create a sense of team within the organization ● Co-create site engagement outcomes and metrics to gauge effectiveness ● Run survey, utilize feedback from the organization to drive change and engagement efforts and approaches ● Engage the business to understand the needs and deliver what it expects from the organization ● [Good to have] Engage the audience depending on the Change Management strategy (ADKAR, Lewis models) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption. ● Contribute to the design, development and implementation of communication strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely and relevant key messaging with affected stakeholders ● Build positive relationships with stakeholders by working collaboratively to identify and achieve common goals ● Track and deliver training and communication against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers ● Be an active participant in Ix Site Engagement Community, contributing to global site engagement initiatives Skills/Capabilities: ● Define and lead communication tactics & efforts according to needs of the organization supporting the Employee Experience and Engagement aims ● Support the development, refinement, and dissemination of the organization’s unique value proposition and key messages ● Develop, implement, and manage Informatics channel strategy within the organization to increase effectiveness of communication tactics. ● Collaborate and influence Site Leadership Team on Site Engagement objectives and execution ● Work with Site Head and team to plan and execute Core and Extended Leadership activities ● Challenge and support the leadership team to live the mindset & culture and keep the LT accountable for role modeling the behaviors (creative leadership, psychological safety, speak up culture etc.) ● Highly effective at building relationships, teams and collaborating with others. Your qualifications and experience: ● 5-8 years of experience or related knowledge in Engagement, Communications or Change Management ● High proficiency in Chinese and English ● Strong background in understanding organizational dynamics and diverse user and employee needs. Experience working in global MNC organizations ● Culturally aware and has the ability to work and thrive in an agile environment ● Proactive self-starter; ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently with minimal supervision. ● Challenges the organization to be curious, questions the status quo & embraces new ways of working, demonstrating “can-do” attitude. ● Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure (being comfortable with being uncomfortable).
