學(xué)歷與專業(yè):本科及以上學(xué)歷,新聞傳播、市場營銷、廣告學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3 年以上新媒體相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有從 0 到 1 建立新媒體品牌及十萬加用戶級(jí)賬號(hào)長期運(yùn)營的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,有 5 年以上新媒體賬號(hào)運(yùn)營管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),成功打造并運(yùn)營知名新媒體賬號(hào)(粉絲量百萬級(jí)以上或在行業(yè)內(nèi)具有較高影響力)的案例者優(yōu)先。
平臺(tái)運(yùn)營能力:熟悉微信公眾號(hào)、微博、抖音、小紅書、B 站等主流新媒體平臺(tái)的運(yùn)營規(guī)則與算法機(jī)制,深入理解各平臺(tái)的用戶特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容分發(fā)邏輯、流量獲取方式等,能夠制定針對(duì)性的運(yùn)營策略,有 3 年以上抖音、小紅書平臺(tái)運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作能力:具備出色的文案撰寫能力,能夠產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量、有吸引力、具有傳播性的新媒體內(nèi)容,如爆款文章等;熟練掌握視頻剪輯、圖片處理等技能,能夠運(yùn)用剪映、醒圖等工具,具備多種內(nèi)容形式(圖文、視頻、直播等)的策劃、制作技巧。
數(shù)據(jù)分析能力:熟練掌握數(shù)據(jù)分析工具與方法,如百度統(tǒng)計(jì)、谷歌分析、社交媒體平臺(tái)自帶的數(shù)據(jù)分析后臺(tái)等,能夠精準(zhǔn)收集、整理、分析新媒體賬號(hào)運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù),包括粉絲增長數(shù)據(jù)、閱讀量、播放量、互動(dòng)率、轉(zhuǎn)化率等,通過數(shù)據(jù)洞察運(yùn)營效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出優(yōu)化解決方案。
項(xiàng)目管理與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力:具備良好的項(xiàng)目管理能力,能夠激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成運(yùn)營目標(biāo)。
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education & Major
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Journalism & Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in new media operations, with preference given to candidates who:
- Have successfully built a new media brand from scratch (0 to 1) and managed accounts with 100K+ followers long-term.
- Possess 5+ years of managerial experience in new media account operations, with proven cases of creating and managing influential accounts (e.g., 1M+ followers or industry-recognized impact).
3. Platform Operation Skills
- Proficiency in operating mainstream new media platforms (WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili), including:
- Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, user behavior, content distribution logic, and traffic acquisition strategies.
- Ability to formulate tailored operation strategies.
- Preference for candidates with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Douyin/Xiaohongshu.
4. Content Creation Capabilities
- Exceptional copywriting skills to produce high-quality, viral content (e.g., trending articles).
- Mastery of video editing (e.g., Jianying/CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., XiuTu), with expertise in multi-format content planning (graphics, videos, live streams).
5. Data Analytics Proficiency
- Skilled in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Baidu Statistics, native platform insights) to:
- Track KPIs (follower growth, views, engagement/conversion rates).
- Diagnose performance issues and propose data-driven optimizations.
6. Project Management & Team Collaboration
- Strong project management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams and achieve operational KPIs.
