Your Mission
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment (Engineering / Technical / IT /
Operations)

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for
roles across Engineering, HSE, Quality, Project Management, IT, and Corporate
functions.

Work closely with BD Managers to understand
client needs, project requirements, and job specifications.

Draft and optimize job descriptions, ensuring
clarity and market competitiveness.

Conduct sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards,
internal databases, and industry networks.
-
Pre-screen candidates, conduct competency
interviews, and evaluate technical alignment with client projects.
2. Consultant Management & Project Support
-
Coordinate interviews between candidates and
clients, ensuring an efficient and smooth experience.

Support the onboarding of consultants assigned
to client sites.

Maintain regular communication with deployed
consultants to monitor engagement, satisfaction, and performance.

Assist in resolving basic operational or
administrative issues during the project lifecycle.
3. Talent Market Intelligence

Conduct market research to understand talent
trends in engineering, manufacturing, energy, shipbuilding, IT, and industrial
sectors.

Track competitor hiring activities and salary
benchmarks.

Contribute insights to optimize sourcing
strategy and candidate attraction.
4. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization

Ensure all candidate and project data is
accurate and up-to-date.

Propose improvements to recruitment processes
for higher efficiency and better candidate experience.

Collaborate with the BD and delivery teams to
ensure alignment between recruitment and business priorities.
Your Profile
We
are looking for proactive and detail-oriented recruitment professionals who
enjoy working in a technical consulting environment.
Minimum Requirements
-
1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition,
Recruitment, Search, HR, Engineering Recruitment, or related fields.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business,
Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
comfortable speaking with engineers and technical profiles.

Ability to manage multiple positions
simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English.
Nice-to-Have
-
Experience recruiting Engineering /
Manufacturing / Energy / Shipbuilding / IT talent.

Understanding of project-based consulting or
technical assistance models.

Ability to read and interpret technical job
descriptions.

Prior work experience in technical consulting
firms (Airswift, Brunel, NES, Manpower, Amaris, Alten, Adecco, etc.) is a plus.
