1、Managing own customer accounts
管理自己的客戶賬戶
● Respond to enquiries
回復(fù)詢問
● Take the lead in preparing offers incl. approval process, specifications and drafting of final offers by coordinating activities of relevant personnel
通過協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)人員的活動,帶頭準(zhǔn)備報價,包括批準(zhǔn)流程、規(guī)格和最終報價的起草
● Independently negotiate and close agreements with customers, alone or in cooperation with relevant personnel , respecting agreed approval procedures for contractual terms
單獨或與相關(guān)人員合作,獨立與客戶協(xié)商并達(dá)成協(xié)議,遵守合同條款的批準(zhǔn)程序
● Maintain and develop relations with customer
維護(hù)和發(fā)展與客戶的關(guān)系
● Visit customers when relevant
必要時拜訪客戶
● Actively take initiative to hand-over activities to CMME order fulfilment, following agreed procedures
按照商定的程序,積極主動地將活動移交給CMME訂單履行部門
2、Cooperation
合作
● Close cooperation with CMME Order Fulfilment
與CMME訂單履行部門密切合作
● Cooperate with Sales Director and sales managers in MCG and LMC
與MCG和LMC的銷售總監(jiān)和銷售經(jīng)理合作
3、Market intelligence

● Be updated on competitor activities
了解競爭對手的最新活動
● Continuously evaluate customer needs for new technologies, products and services
持續(xù)評估客戶對新技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的需求
● Proactively analyze market developments and trends
主動分析市場發(fā)展和趨勢
● Plan and perform marketing activities.
計劃和執(zhí)行營銷活動
● Feed input from market to CMME management
將市場信息反饋給CMME管理層
