Main Responsibilities 職責
1、Ensure the company safety rules and regulations to carry out in the shift
負責各項安全制度和規(guī)定在班組落實和執(zhí)行;
2、Lead the shift team for fulfilment of production plan.
帶領團隊達成生產計劃;
3、Monitor the product quality and ensure the quality standards are met.
監(jiān)督產品品質,確保產品符合公司各項指標和要求;
4、 Implement regular food safety & quality inspection and control to ensure Plant quality policy FSSC 22000,HACCP,GMP and 5S etc. to be carried out completely.
負責FSSC22000,HACCP,GMP,5S等體系在車間有效實施;
5、 Lead team to improve line efficiency and control material losses to ensure the targets of KPIs to be achieved.
保證車間生產效率達成,并通過改進,提高生產效率,減少物料損耗,降低生產成本;
6、In charge of people management, coach and train the back up for key post.
負責人員管理,輔導和培養(yǎng)關鍵崗位人員;
7、 Evaluate the performance of the subordinates, and to help staff overcomes the shortcomings
評估下屬績效,并幫助其改進;
8、 Other job is arranged by line manager
上級安排的其它工作;
職位要求:
1.大專及以上學歷,3年以上車間生產主管或生產主任的經驗;
2.熟悉生產管控流程,能熟練分析和處理制程不良等問題;
3.熟悉生產成本控制,統(tǒng)籌運作,熟悉生產作業(yè)流程和工藝規(guī)程,熟悉生產質量的控制管理,精通ISO9001質量保證體系和5S管理;
4.現(xiàn)場管控經驗豐富,有一定的的團隊駕馭能力,抗壓能力與溝通協(xié)調能力強;
5.工作責任心強,態(tài)度嚴謹,有良好的組織能力、溝通能力。
6.有食品廠工作經驗優(yōu)先考慮;
