職位概述:
客戶技術(shù)支持經(jīng)理將加入功能性油脂業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊。該職位的核心職責(zé)是提供產(chǎn)品建議與解決方案,推動改進(jìn)與產(chǎn)品開發(fā),從而提升盈利能力和回報率。該職位將協(xié)同商業(yè)團(tuán)隊推進(jìn)客戶項目,通過為客戶提供技術(shù)服務(wù)與咨詢(包括產(chǎn)品提案、在糖果、烘焙或烹飪領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用開發(fā)),支持業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)增長。
主要職責(zé):
1. 與商業(yè)團(tuán)隊緊密協(xié)作,向客戶提供產(chǎn)品推介與建議,通過提供技術(shù)解決方案和專業(yè)指導(dǎo)開拓新客戶并維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,推動功能性脂肪業(yè)務(wù)增長。
2. 評估并理解客戶需求,為客戶提供適宜的產(chǎn)品推薦與技術(shù)服務(wù)解決方案,建立良好的客戶關(guān)系。
3. 根據(jù)需要與內(nèi)部相關(guān)方(商務(wù)、研發(fā)、質(zhì)保/質(zhì)控、工廠運營)緊密協(xié)作,推動客戶項目、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及應(yīng)用開發(fā)。
4. 在客戶現(xiàn)場開展產(chǎn)品測試/試用,按需為內(nèi)部及/或外部客戶舉辦研討會。協(xié)同銷售與研發(fā)部門規(guī)劃、支持并推進(jìn)客戶創(chuàng)新項目。
5. 開發(fā)銷售工具,如現(xiàn)有及新產(chǎn)品的演示文稿、宣傳冊、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用資料
6. 參與相關(guān)行業(yè)展會、會議及研討會,協(xié)助開發(fā)銷售線索,交流提升技術(shù)知識,推廣公司產(chǎn)品及品牌形象
7. 深入掌握市場動態(tài)與產(chǎn)品競爭格局,制定針對性技術(shù)解決方案。分析當(dāng)前市場環(huán)境,反饋重要市場及競爭情報
8. 發(fā)掘市場中業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新與新產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用的新機(jī)遇,向公司管理層提供市場趨勢、需求及競爭對手動態(tài)的反饋與信息
9. 與商業(yè)團(tuán)隊共同頻繁拜訪客戶并定期跟進(jìn)。預(yù)計需承擔(dān)至少30-50%的差旅工作量。
教育背景/經(jīng)驗
? 食品科學(xué)技術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)位
? 至少5年食品應(yīng)用/食品配料行業(yè)經(jīng)驗,尤其在油脂、糖果或烘焙領(lǐng)域
? 精通油脂、糖果、烘焙或烹飪生產(chǎn)技術(shù),熟悉油脂產(chǎn)品行業(yè)動態(tài)
? 具備卓越溝通能力,能向內(nèi)外部各方進(jìn)行專業(yè)演示
? 具備強(qiáng)分析能力、批判性思維及問題解決能力;能影響并融入跨職能團(tuán)隊——團(tuán)隊合作者。
? 精通MS Office套件應(yīng)用(Excel、Word、PowerPoint及Outlook)。
Job Title: Customer Technical Support Manager (CTS)
Position Type: Full Time – Permanent
Reporting to: Head of Customer Technical Support
Location: Shang Hai
Position Summary:
The Customer Technical Support (CTS) Manager will be part of the team of Functional Fats business. The key focus of the role is to provide product recommendations and solutions to initiate improvement, product development which lead to enhancement of profitability and returns. He/She will drive the customer projects together with commercial team by providing technical service and consultation to customers, involving product proposal, application development in the confectionery, bakery or culinary category to support the continued growth of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with commercial team together by providing product introduction and recommendation to customers, develop new customers and maintain existing customer’s relationships by offering technical solutions and advice to grow Functional Fats business.
2.Evaluate and understand on customer needs, provide suitable product recommendation and technical service solutions to customers and foster good customer relationships.
3.Work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, R&D, QA/QC, plant operation) as needed in driving customer projects, product development and application development.
4.Conduct product testing/trials at customers’ sites, conduct workshops for internal and/or external customers as required. Plan, support and drive customer innovation program together with sales and R&D.
5.Develop sales tools, e.g. presentations, brochures, product application information for existing and new products
6.Participate in related industry exhibitions, conferences and seminars to support in sales leads generation, exchange and improve technical knowledge and promote the company's products and branding.
7.Ensure good understanding of market situation and competitive landscape of products to derive product-specific technical solutions. Analyse current marketplace and provide feedback on any important market and competitive information.
8.Identify new opportunities for business innovations and new products applications in the market, provide feedback and information to company management on market trends, needs and competitors activities
9.Frequent customer visits together with commercial team and regular follow up. Extensive travel of at least 30-50% is expected.
Education/Experience
? Degree in Food Science Technology
? Minimum 5 years of work experience in the food application/food ingredient industry specifically in the oils & fats, confectionery or bakery.
? Strong knowledge in oils & fats, confectionary, bakery or culinary production, technology and industry of Oils and Fats products.
? Possess excellent communication skills and able to present to internal and external parties.
? Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and work in cross functional teams – a team player.
? Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
