2. Timely reporting of project progress and collaborating with business and technical departments to advance projects.

3. Providing necessary support for product application and scale-up production.

4. Establishing new formulation systems and developing new products.

5. Maintaining 5S management in the laboratory.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in the use and development of electronic adhesives, such as epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, conductive, and thermal conductive adhesives. Candidates with over 3 years of experience in adhesive product R&D are preferred.

2. Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields, or equivalent knowledge and qualifications.

3. Strong laboratory operational skills.

4. Mature, steady personality with attention to detail, and strong observational and communication abilities.

5. Proactive work attitude, innovative spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and dedication.

6. Team player with a certain degree of resilience under pressure.
