As an educational platform, TalkMED operates a comprehensive digital ecosystem—including a website, mobile app, WeChat Mini Program, and multiple professional WeChat accounts—that covers both disease-focused areas, such as immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs) and diabetes, and specialty disciplines including oncology, hematology, and vascular surgery.
Job Description: Medical Education Manager
This role is for a Medical Education Manager responsible for leading and expanding the company’s corporate education business. The individual will our strategies to maximize revenue and profit, represent the company’s educational/publishing business and strengthen the company’s presence in medical education market.
The position requires close collaboration across teams to develop innovative education/publishing programs, understand client and expert needs, and ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above in science, medicine, marketing, or business (preferred)
? Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or educational publishing sectors
? Strong understanding of medical education and publishing markets
? Proven ability to develop and manage corporate education projects
? Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration
? Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Strong time management and multitasking abilities
? High integrity, professionalism, and team spirit
? Willingness to travel as required
