工藝設計工藝改良鋼鐵/有色金屬冶煉及加工工業(yè)自動化電氣機械/電力設備
23年-25年的碩士畢業(yè)生，英語流利
) Develop and update process documents and work instructions for key positions.
2) Continuously track the production process and conduct data collection to identify areas for improvement
(Statistical Process Control).
3) Be responsible for guiding the process application of the production line, instructing and training
employees on-site, and checking the implementation of the on-site process.
4) Test, update systems/processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality
standards.
5) Correct and solve the process and technical problems reflected on a daily basis, and formulate
preventive measures.
6) Maintain communication and exchanges with the technology department of the group company, and be
responsible for the deployment of relevant action plans.
7) Develop best practices and innovative solutions to increase productivity, quality and reduce costs.
8) Participate in industrialization projects; participate in the project time management, communication
management, risk management and stakeholder management, etc.
9) Be responsible for the review of the process part of the contract review.
10)Develop and manage CNC programs for all products in downstream mill.
11) Parameterize the manufacturing process, formulate changeover process cards and process control cards.
12) Manage product drawings, technical specifications and requirements.
13) Confirm the technical specifications of new tools and equipment and provide them to the purchasing
department.
14) Responsible for the selection and testing of key process tools, mainly including CNC tools and fixtures.
15) Complete other related work assigned by company leaders
