機(jī)械設(shè)計AutoCADSolidworks機(jī)械研發(fā)非標(biāo)件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件非標(biāo)設(shè)備電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備專用設(shè)備制造通用設(shè)備制造
崗位職責(zé)
1) 根據(jù)方案及項目要求完成非標(biāo)自動化設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)械部件的設(shè)計；
2) 估算非標(biāo)設(shè)備的設(shè)計制造成本，負(fù)責(zé)元器件選型；
3) 繪制非標(biāo)設(shè)備零件圖紙、裝配圖，與電氣工程師配合完善設(shè)計圖紙；
4) 對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的打樣、調(diào)試提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；
5) 對整體項目進(jìn)行技術(shù)管控及質(zhì)量追蹤，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行項目的進(jìn)度安排和質(zhì)量要求；
6) 協(xié)助完成報價，匯報機(jī)械設(shè)計相關(guān)的項目預(yù)算，按時完成交付
1) Complete the design of mechanical structure of non-standard automation equipment according to the scheme and project requirements;
2) Estimated the design and manufacturing cost of non-standard equipment;
3) Draw non-standard equipment parts drawings and assembly drawings, and cooperate with electrical engineers to improve the design drawings;
4) Provide technical guidance on production site proofing and debugging;
5) Carry out technical control and quality tracking of the overall project;
6) Strictly implement the project schedule and quality requirements;
7) Calculate quotation according to project budget and complete delivery on time.
