主要崗位職責(zé):
1) 智車聯(lián)門店評(píng)估與部署
按照智車聯(lián)項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完成潛在智車聯(lián)門店的選擇、評(píng)估和申請(qǐng)的整體流程。完成區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。(準(zhǔn)確正確地傳達(dá)項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和信息)
2) 智車聯(lián)操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化
確保區(qū)域智車聯(lián)門店執(zhí)行智車聯(lián)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)提供的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化項(xiàng)目促進(jìn)和演示
3) 智車聯(lián)門店的參觀和管理
定期門店拜訪,準(zhǔn)備定期業(yè)務(wù)審核及相關(guān)優(yōu)化方案制定,以及后續(xù)跟蹤。
4) 門店商業(yè)方案編制及運(yùn)營狀況審核
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo)智車聯(lián)研討會(huì)制定年度零售計(jì)劃,并跟蹤和監(jiān)控進(jìn)度
5) 促銷活動(dòng)的實(shí)施
組織實(shí)施智車聯(lián)營銷活動(dòng),協(xié)助門店完成國家/地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SOP;協(xié)助門店的運(yùn)營支持和現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)。
6) 專注于合同量的完成
區(qū)域智車聯(lián)門店合同履約報(bào)告及跟蹤;定期與零售商一起審核門店kpi。
資格與經(jīng)驗(yàn):
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械工程或工商管理專業(yè)
? 3年以上潤滑油相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
? 5-10年汽車后市場和/或特許經(jīng)營行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 具備一定的市場、財(cái)務(wù)、運(yùn)營和商業(yè)知識(shí)。較強(qiáng)的人際交往能力,能夠與客戶和經(jīng)銷商建立建設(shè)性的關(guān)系。
能力與技能:
1. 勤奮自律,能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差
2. 有敏銳而較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)能力和有效的溝通能力。

Key Accountabilities:
1) AUTO EXPERT WORKSHOP ASSESSMENT & DEPLOYMENT
Complete the overall process of potential Auto Expert workshops selection, evaluation and application in accordance with the Auto Expert project standards. Achieve regional network development target achievement. (Communicate project standards and information accurately and correctly)
2) AUTO EXPERT OPERATION STANDARDIZATION
Ensure that the regional Auto Expert workshops implement the standardization project facilitation and presentation provided by the Auto Expert project team
3) AUTO EXPERT WORKSHOPS VISITING AND MANAGEMENT
Regular workshops visiting, prepare regular business review and relevant optimization proposals making, as well as subsequent tracking.
4) WORKSHOPS COMMERCIAL PLAN ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION STATUS REVIEW
To lead and direct Auto Expert Workshops on annual retailing plan, as well as tracking and monitoring the progress
5) PROMOTION CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION
Organize and implement the Auto Expert marketing activities, assist our workshops to fulfill the national / and local standard SOP; assist workshops’ operation support and training in field.
6) CONCENTRATE ON CONTRACTED VOLUME FULFILLMENT
Regional Auto Expert workshops contract fulfillment report and tracking; review workshops KPIs with retailers regularly.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
? With more than 3 years relevant experience in lubricants, international companies much preferred
? 5-10 years working experiences in auto after-market and/or franchise industries
? Have certain Marketing, Finance, Operations and business knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills and able to build constructive relationship with customers and distributors.

3. Strong organizational, planning, pre-selection and control skills.
