Key Accountabilities:
1. According to PLI’s key account strategy and sales data analysis, take care of the regional key account business, and build up the long-term & steady strategy cooperation with them to obtain the more business value.
2. Lead the regional key account team to develop, manage, and maintain the new & existing key account, achieve & exceed the team & personal sales KPIs set by RSD.
3. Actively implement the key account sales toolkits (POPSA, Call repots, DMS coaching reports, etc.) up to standard, personally & the whole team.
4. Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with the key account.
5. Assure the fully execution of activities, program, and policy set by Mkt & RTM in the region, keep the close communication within PLI internal, and coordinate the resources allocation into the regional key account.
6. Instruct and coach KAM’s capability on the management of the key account business and key account distributor.
7. Monitor and report on market trends and competitors in the region and propose / initiate / take actions.

- 帶領(lǐng)區(qū)域大客戶團隊開發(fā)、管理及維護新老大客戶,完成并超越區(qū)域銷售總監(jiān)設(shè)定的團隊及個人銷售關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)。
- 推動本人及團隊按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落地執(zhí)行大客戶銷售工具(如 POPSA、拜訪報告、經(jīng)銷商管理體系輔導(dǎo)報告等)。
- 洞察客戶動態(tài)、業(yè)務(wù)及需求,提供專業(yè)的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)信息及建議,與大客戶洽談并達成雙贏解決方案。
- 確保市場部及渠道通路管理部制定的各項活動、項目及政策在區(qū)域內(nèi)全面落地,保持公司內(nèi)部密切溝通,協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域大客戶相關(guān)資源配置。
- 指導(dǎo)并培養(yǎng)大客戶專員在大客戶業(yè)務(wù)及大客戶經(jīng)銷商管理方面的能力。
- 監(jiān)控并匯報區(qū)域市場趨勢及競品動態(tài),提出、發(fā)起并執(zhí)行應(yīng)對舉措。
Key Requirements:
1. University degree in business with marketing and sales focus.
2. Minimum of 5 years in Key Account Management, Lubricant & Auto aftermarket preferred.
3. Having strong communication, data-analytical, and commercial skills.
4. Take initiative, can create strong business relations and can detect business opportunities easily.
5. Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive large internal / external groups.
6. A positive attitude of driving to exceed targets, strong people management skills.
7. Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
8. Fluent in English (both verbal & written).
- 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、銷售等商務(wù)類專業(yè)。
- 至少 5 年大客戶管理工作經(jīng)驗,有潤滑油及汽車后市場行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
- 具備出色的溝通能力、數(shù)據(jù)分析能力及商務(wù)談判能力。
- 工作積極主動,擅長搭建優(yōu)質(zhì)商務(wù)合作關(guān)系,敏銳捕捉商業(yè)機會。
- 能夠適應(yīng)矩陣式組織架構(gòu)工作模式,推動內(nèi)外部大型團隊協(xié)同開展工作。
- 具備積極進取、超越目標(biāo)的工作態(tài)度,優(yōu)秀的人員管理能力。
- 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件。
- 英語流利,具備良好的英語口語及書面表達能力。
