  2. 熟悉海商法、公司法、合同法等法律條文，掌握航運(yùn)、物流或保險(xiǎn)實(shí)務(wù)知識(shí)。
  3. ?有航運(yùn)企業(yè)、律所、保險(xiǎn)公司實(shí)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先
  4. 參與過訴訟仲裁、合同范本制定或法務(wù)流程管理優(yōu)先。
