Accounting, logistics and Admin Officer
Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting and admin.
Sharp and Organised, rigorous, very careful with figures.
Necessary languages: English and mandarin
Job Description
- Assist the General Manager on all accounting and admin tasks in China.
- As Accounts officer, you have to handle the payments to suppliers and invoice the customers. You also have to deal with the daily expenses and monthly payments.
- As a liaison between customers, suppliers, and designated freight forwarders, assist in handling export cargo booking matters.
- Control suppliers’ invoices and packing lists; issue corresponding invoices to customers.
- Process transactions by E-Banking.
- Daily follow up the payables and receivables, chase customers for payments,
- Liaise with the bank of inward payment and outward remittance.
Requirements:
- At least have a college degree in accounting and a basic understanding of English.
- Good practice of excel.
Personal qualities
- Calm, sharp, clear and careful with figures are necessary personal skills for the job.
- High sense of responsibility is also a must.
- Generous and agile in work, to well match with the team’s culture.

- 與銀行聯(lián)系處理匯入款項(xiàng)和匯出款項(xiàng)。
- 至少擁有會(huì)計(jì)大專學(xué)歷,略懂英文。
- 熟練掌握 Excel 的使用。
