定期評(píng)估學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度，提供及時(shí)、建設(shè)性的反饋。
為學(xué)生提供個(gè)性化的學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)和備考支持，確保其取得理想成績。
定期批改作業(yè)和試卷，分析學(xué)生表現(xiàn)以優(yōu)化教學(xué)策略。
Regularly evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Offer personalized academic guidance and exam preparation support to help students achieve desired results.
Grade assignments and past papers, and analyze student performance to enhance teaching strategies.
課堂管理與發(fā)展 / Classroom Management & Development:
營造積極向上、包容多元的雙語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)探索。

任職要求 / Qualifications & Requirements
學(xué)歷 / Education:
經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科及以上學(xué)歷，碩士學(xué)歷者優(yōu)先。
Bachelor's degree or above in Economics or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
經(jīng)驗(yàn) / Experience:
至少3年A-Level經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉主流考試局的課程大綱和考評(píng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
有雙語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或在國際學(xué)校/中心的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in A-Level Economics, with familiarity of exam board's syllabus and assessment criteria.
Experience in bilingual teaching or working in an international school/center is highly desirable.
