Tasks:
? Support pre-analysis on the root cause hand circulation of the ticket to the appropriate stakeholders
? Support the tracking of the tickets resolving in each time frame
? Support on the overall error management/solving/reporting process.
? Definite and evaluate KPIs for efficient control of the failure/error management.
? Host error meetings including all interface partners (testers and component responsible engineers).
? Monitor and control of the error solving progress in the project.
? Participate in the creation of the process standards for the error management process.
? Conduct training sessions for staff on error management best practices.
? Ensure a proper error handshake within all involved parties.
? Report on error ticket status in project meetings/committees, including Top Management Meetings.
Qualifications:
? 3 years working experience in Automotive, at least 1 year for ADAS topics.
? Strong experience for the system integration and diagnostic development.
? Strong experience for the functionalities of ADAS and relevance sensors; experience on parking and driving function development and image perception are beneficial.
? Experience and capabilities to compile the investigation reports.
? Familiar with the development procedure of OEM.
? Deep understanding for the local market requirement.
? Excellent learning ability and communication skill.
