核心職責(zé)
1、擔(dān)任 2-3 個(gè)特定上部模塊詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人，監(jiān)督并管理浮式生產(chǎn)儲卸油裝置（FPSO）/ 井口平臺（WHP）上部模塊在工程總承包（EPC）階段的設(shè)計(jì)工作。
2、協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)、采購、施工及項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)（PMT），確保滿足技術(shù)規(guī)范與項(xiàng)目要求。
3、制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，管理預(yù)算與項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，解決技術(shù)問題，確保符合安全及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Key Responsibilities:
1) As the rule of technical manager for the detail design for the specific 2-3 topside modules, oversee and manage FPSO / WHP Topside projects design activities during EPC stage;
2) Coordinate among the design / procurement / construction and PMT team, ensuring that technical specifications and project requirements are met.
3) Develop project plans, manage budgets and project schedule, solve technical
problems, and ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
核心任職要求
1、船舶工程、油氣工藝或機(jī)械工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，擁有至少 8 年浮式生產(chǎn)儲卸油裝置（FPSO）/ 浮式生產(chǎn)裝置（FPU）等相關(guān)管道工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、具備豐富的海上平臺上部模塊管道詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、熟悉船級社規(guī)范及相關(guān)海上標(biāo)準(zhǔn) / 法規(guī)（如挪威船級社（DNV）、美國船級社（ABS）、美國石油學(xué)會（API）、挪威工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（Norsok）、美國機(jī)械工程師協(xié)會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ASME B31.3）等），并有相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4、具備上部模塊工藝系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)力分析相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5、積極主動、靈活應(yīng)變、適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)且有自我驅(qū)動力。
Key Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree or above in shipbuilding or oil & gas process / mechanical engineering with at least 8 years related piping engineering experience related to FPSO / FPU etc.
2) Extensive experience of offshore topside modules piping detail design .
3) Proven experience of Classification Rules and related Offshore Standards / Regulations like DNV / ABS / API /Norsok / ASME B31.3 etc
4) Experience with Topside process systems and stress analysis
5) Candidate should be positive, flexible, adaptive and self-driven
