一、崗位職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院教職工的招聘宣傳推廣與渠道拓展,提升崗位需求在主流學(xué)術(shù)平臺及社交媒體的曝光度,增強(qiáng)學(xué)校招聘的雇主品牌吸引力。
2. 開展招聘數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,通過多維評估與策略優(yōu)化,持續(xù)提高招聘需求滿足率。
3. 執(zhí)行學(xué)院層面簡歷篩選、面試安排等招聘全流程工作,包括面試協(xié)調(diào)、文件準(zhǔn)備與候選人檔案管理,并持續(xù)優(yōu)化面試環(huán)節(jié)與評估機(jī)制。
4. 對接人才項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、教師勞務(wù)費(fèi)用核算與發(fā)放,處理相關(guān)勞務(wù)咨詢及涉稅事務(wù)。
5. 組織實(shí)施教師專項(xiàng)發(fā)展培訓(xùn),支持教學(xué)能力提升與職業(yè)成長,并協(xié)同推進(jìn)學(xué)院師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)相關(guān)工作。
6. 完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù),并協(xié)助處理臨時性事務(wù)與跨部門協(xié)作支持。
1. Responsible for promoting faculty recruitment and expanding recruitment channels for the college, increasing the visibility of job openings on mainstream academic platforms and social media, and enhancing the employer brand appeal of the university.
2. Conduct recruitment data statistics and analysis, and continuously improve
the fulfillment rate of recruitment needs through multi-dimensional evaluation
and strategy optimization.
3. Execute the full-cycle recruitment process at the college level, including
resume screening, interview scheduling, interview coordination, document
preparation, and candidate record management, while continuously optimizing the interview process and evaluation mechanisms.
4. Handle talent program applications, faculty service fee verification and
disbursement, and address related service fee inquiries and tax-related
matters.
5. Organize and implement specialized development training programs for
faculty, support teaching skills enhancement and career growth, and collaborate
on initiatives related to the college's professional ethics and conduct
development.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, as well as various ad-hoc duties
and cross-departmental support work.

2.具備招聘全流程管理能力,能夠獨(dú)立開展人才吸引與雇主品牌推廣工作,熟悉主流學(xué)術(shù)招聘渠道及社交媒體招聘策略優(yōu)先
3.具備結(jié)構(gòu)化分析能力與結(jié)果導(dǎo)向思維,能夠主動優(yōu)化工作流程、提升工作效率
4.較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識與應(yīng)變能力,能夠靈活應(yīng)對各類咨詢與突發(fā)事務(wù)
5.具備培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)與執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉教師職業(yè)發(fā)展支持體系優(yōu)先

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources recruitment and
training, with preference given to candidates with experience in higher
education institutions, research organizations, or the education industry.
2. Proficiency in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, with the ability
to independently carry out talent attraction and employer branding promotion
activities. Familiarity with mainstream academic recruitment channels and
social media recruitment strategies is preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset, with the initiative
to optimize workflows and improve work efficiency.
4. Excellent service orientation and adaptability, capable of flexibly handling
various inquiries and unexpected tasks.
5. Experience in designing and implementing training programs, with familiarity
in faculty career development support systems preferred.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
