崗位職責(zé): 1.負(fù)責(zé)成品入庫清點、ERP系統(tǒng)操作及成品放行,核對品項、批次、生產(chǎn)日期,確保倉庫日常運行。 2.負(fù)責(zé)原材料到貨接收、數(shù)量清點及外觀初檢,協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商物流及退換貨事宜。 3.審核銷售發(fā)貨單,組織備貨、裝車監(jiān)裝,與客戶溝通發(fā)貨計劃及到廠安排,確保發(fā)貨準(zhǔn)確。 4.負(fù)責(zé)倉儲系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的日常錄入與審核,及時完成出入庫過賬,確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、日清日結(jié)。 5.執(zhí)行先進先出(FIFO),規(guī)范庫存批次管理。 6.配合財務(wù)進行日、周、月盤點,確保庫存準(zhǔn)確率及賬實相符。 7.負(fù)責(zé)出入庫原始單據(jù)整理歸檔,執(zhí)行倉庫5S及日常巡檢。 8.負(fù)責(zé)駐廠現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督管理,傳遞生產(chǎn)發(fā)貨信息。 9.完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。 任職要求: 1、學(xué)歷要求:大專及以上學(xué)歷。 2、工作經(jīng)驗:3年及以上倉儲工作經(jīng)歷,熟悉倉庫運作流程(食品或快銷品行業(yè)優(yōu)先)。 3、個人技能:SAP熟練者優(yōu)先。 Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the inventory count of finished products upon entry, ERP system operation and the release of finished products, verifying product items, batches and production dates, and ensuring the daily operation of the warehouse. 2. Responsible for the receipt of raw materials, quantity verification and initial appearance inspection, coordinating supplier logistics and return and exchange matters. 3. Review sales delivery orders, organize stock preparation, vehicle loading supervision, communicate with customers about delivery plans and factory arrival arrangements, and ensure accurate delivery. 4. Responsible for the daily input and review of warehouse system data, timely completing entry and exit accounting, ensuring accurate data and daily settlement. 5. Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO), standardize inventory batch management. 6. Cooperate with finance for daily, weekly and monthly inventories, ensuring accurate inventory and consistency between accounts and physical items. 7. Responsible for organizing and archiving original documents for entry and exit, implementing 5S in the warehouse and conducting daily inspections. 8. Responsible for on-site supervision and management at the factory, transmitting production and delivery information. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior. Qualification: Education: college or above. Experience: More than 3 years relevant work experience, familiar with warehouse operation procedures (food or fast-moving goods industry is preferred). Personal skill: SAP proficiency is preferred.
