崗位職責：留學顧問/市場拓展專員（居家）
  1. 市場開發(fā)與渠道建設：負責中國市場的業(yè)務拓展，積極開拓和維護B2B合作伙伴（教育機構、學校、中介）及B2C客戶渠道，提升公司在本地的品牌影響力；
  2. 客戶咨詢與服務：按照公司工作標準和服務流程，為客戶提供專業(yè)的留學咨詢與指導，解答學生和家長在升學、入學考試及簽證等方面的問題；
  3. 文件與申請?zhí)幚恚簠f(xié)助客戶準備、整理和審核留學申請文件及相關資料，確保提交材料的準確性和完整性，并與新加坡總部保持緊密對接；
  4. 方案設計與執(zhí)行：深入了解客戶的背景與需求，為客戶制定切實可行的留學與升學方案，并跟進申請進度；
  5. 總部協(xié)作與活動支持：協(xié)助新加坡總部參與教育展會、招生說明會、家長交流會及線上線下互動活動，推動招生與品牌推廣；
  6. 客戶關系維護：保持與簽約客戶的良好溝通，及時反饋申請進度，提升客戶滿意度；定期回訪潛在客戶，促進轉化；
  7. 業(yè)績與目標達成：完成崗位設定的月度和季度績效指標，推動市場業(yè)務持續(xù)增長。
    崗位要求：
    1. 學歷背景：本科及以上學歷，教育、市場營銷、國際關系、商務管理等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
    2. 語言能力：具備良好的中英文溝通基礎，能夠閱讀和理解英文文件
    3. 職業(yè)素養(yǎng)：具備高度責任心和服務意識，做事細致認真，能高效處理客戶申請文件和資料；
    4. 團隊協(xié)作：優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，樂于與總部和同事協(xié)作推進項目；
    5. 目標導向：積極進取、有drive，具備市場開拓精神，能夠承受一定的業(yè)績和壓力；
    6. 市場與新媒體能力：具備一定的新媒體運營能力（如微信、抖音、公眾號、小紅書等平臺內容推廣），能輔助公司進行品牌宣傳和市場推廣；
    7. 加分項（優(yōu)先考慮）：
      • 有教育/留學/培訓/中介行業(yè)經(jīng)驗；
      • 有市場拓展或B2B/B2C銷售經(jīng)驗；
