職位描述

短視頻剪映AEPS產(chǎn)品冊
崗位職責(zé)：
1、負責(zé)高質(zhì)量視頻全流程制作,提升品牌視覺影響力；
2、負責(zé)拍攝與執(zhí)行，外出拍攝產(chǎn)品宣傳圖,覆蓋場景構(gòu)圖、光影調(diào)控、構(gòu)圖設(shè)計、素材的選取、處理和編輯等工作；
3、參與短視頻內(nèi)容的策劃和創(chuàng)意討論，提出見解和建議。根據(jù)策劃方案，制定剪輯計劃；
4、深度分析平臺數(shù)據(jù)(播放量、點贊、收藏等),根據(jù)視頻數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化剪輯節(jié)奏與內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu),提升完播率；
5、負責(zé)根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求，對短視頻平臺的內(nèi)容剪輯與制作，獨立完成短視頻的剪輯、調(diào)色、特效制作等工作，提升視頻整體質(zhì)量。
6、負責(zé)公司宣傳冊、產(chǎn)品冊等平面制作；
7、完成上級主管安排的其他工作任務(wù)。

任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，廣告學(xué)、數(shù)字媒體藝術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)與新媒體影視制作或相關(guān)視頻剪輯專業(yè)；
2、能快速學(xué)習(xí)、了解國內(nèi)外客戶消費習(xí)慣;
3、熟練使用各類攝影器材、有成熟的運鏡及拍攝手法，高效使用操作剪輯軟件（如PR、AE、C4D）及PS等基礎(chǔ)軟件，并能處理各種視頻編碼轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、具備較好的審美能力和良好的鏡頭語言使用能力，對鏡頭有較強的創(chuàng)造力，對成品效果的色彩、材質(zhì)、光源，構(gòu)圖、比例等有成熟的掌握能力。
