Recruitment Type: R&D Engineer in Technical Center
1． 工作職責:
根據(jù)公司需要和客戶要求，飲品的調(diào)制與研制（主要是 果蔬汁飲品），為實際生產(chǎn)指導、應用、開發(fā)新工藝和新產(chǎn)品.
Prepare and develop beverages (primarily fruit and vegetable juice drinks) according to company needs and customer requirements, providing guidance for actual production, application, and development of new processes and products.
2.負責新產(chǎn)品配方及生產(chǎn)工藝的開發(fā)，以及生產(chǎn)工單的制作。
Responsible for developing new product formulas and production processes, as well as creating production work orders.

3.負責產(chǎn)品的小試、中試的技術支持。
Provide technical support for product trials at small-scale and pilot-scale stages
4.關注同行競品市場產(chǎn)品，定期進行分析，結合公司經(jīng)營規(guī)劃，提出合理化建議方案；
Monitor products from competitors in the market, conduct regular analyses, and propose reasonable suggestions and solutions based on the company's operational plans.
5.負責對供應商提供的物料測試試用對比，確定生產(chǎn)使用的物料。

6.負責客戶提出的產(chǎn)品問題支持，以及必要的客戶拜訪。

任職資格：
1. 本科或以上學歷，食品工程、食品質量與安全或相關專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree or above, major in food engineering, food quality and safety or related;
2. 設計新產(chǎn)品配方與工藝，編寫新品的工藝技術文件；
Develop new product formulas and processes, and prepare process technical documents for new products;
3.2年以上食品產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
More than 2 years of experience in food product development management;
4熟悉食品加工工藝，具有扎實的專業(yè)知識和研發(fā)能力，擅長并了解各種食品添加劑、營養(yǎng)強化劑之特性。
Familiar with food processing technology, with solid professional knowledge and research and development capabilities, good at the characteristics of various food additives and nutritional enhancers
5良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及分析能力，觀察力強，團隊合作精神良好。
Good communication and coordination skills and analysis skills, strong observation ability, good team spirit.
