Job description崗位描述：（書面英語必須可以?。?！不符勿投?。。。?br>1、協(xié)助處理訂單相關Prepare and timely perform the daily bookings;
2、每月對賬Perform monthly Intercompany and AP/AR reconciliations;
3、監(jiān)管銀行支付數(shù)據(jù)Monitor and confirm the company's E-banking payments;
4、協(xié)助配合更新財務工作流程Help review and improve the finance practices and procedures according to the management objectives and instruction;
5、收銀相關工作Cashiers job related;
6、現(xiàn)金、銀行對賬相關工作Perform cash and bank reconciliation;
7、協(xié)助處理財務相關文件，包括電子/紙質相關Responsible to ensure that the company finance documental archives, both physical and digital, are maintained in order;
8、協(xié)助處理關賬相關工作Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities;
9、應收賬款關賬事宜Responsible for receive the payment and close the relevant customer balance.
10、協(xié)助處理數(shù)據(jù)、財務報告等工作Responsible for providing data and financial reports as per requirements from the internal stakeholders;
11、協(xié)助處理與銀行、稅務局、財務公司等財務相關合作方相關事務Maintain the relationship with banks, tax bureau, audit and accounting firms and any other relevant external party;
12、此崗位需日常與客戶保持友好溝通，對接處理財務等相關事宜Responsible for keep a good relationship with clients for fianance related things.


Job requirements崗位要求:

1. 本科及以上，主修財務、會計專業(yè)College degree or above, major in finance and accounting;

2. 1-2年相關工作經(jīng)驗At least 1 to 2 years work experience in the finance department;

3. 如有進出口相關行業(yè)經(jīng)驗更佳Having working experience in import/export or trading company is preferred;

4. 有進出口或貿(mào)易公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and experience in subsidiaries of an international group is preferred

5. CMA或CPA認證更佳CMA or CPA certification is preferred

6. 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，學習能力強，細致負責，具有團隊精神Good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability, meticulous and responsible and with team spirit;

7. 熟練使用用友和/或金蝶辦公軟件Proficient in using Yongyou and/or Kingdee office software;

9. 熟悉Microsoft Excel軟件Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

10. 基本英語聽說能力, 書面英語是必要條件！通過大學六級優(yōu)先。Basic Business English is a preferred， and good written and reading in English is a MUST;CET6 is preferred.

11. 熟悉主要ERP和財務整合軟件優(yōu)先Familiar with major ERP and financial consolidation software is preferred.
