職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)公司質(zhì)量管理工作,制定質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略、質(zhì)量目標(biāo),質(zhì)量計劃,質(zhì)量方針、質(zhì)量體系和相關(guān)流程制度并推動實施。
2、策劃產(chǎn)品全生命周期質(zhì)量管控方案,并推動落實,包括:研發(fā)質(zhì)量管理、質(zhì)量測試管理、物料質(zhì)量管理、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理、售后質(zhì)量管理。
3、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的質(zhì)量策劃、測試、驗證、評估,確保主要品質(zhì)問題解決在量產(chǎn)之前。
4、負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)鏈的質(zhì)量控制,指導(dǎo)對供應(yīng)商、外協(xié)商的供貨質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制管理。
5、負(fù)責(zé)搭建客訴流程系統(tǒng),針對市場問題建立應(yīng)對改善機(jī)制,降低客戶抱怨;提高客戶滿意度。
6、負(fù)責(zé)ISO9000質(zhì)量體系、質(zhì)量文化,質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)和質(zhì)量活動的組織策劃,推動并落實。
7、識別內(nèi)外部重大質(zhì)量風(fēng)險及質(zhì)量異常,并組織協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)聯(lián)部門進(jìn)行處理。
8、策劃質(zhì)量管理架構(gòu),明確質(zhì)量管理各業(yè)務(wù)模塊工作職責(zé);質(zhì)量管理業(yè)務(wù)流程策劃與持續(xù)優(yōu)化。
9、負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊與人才梯隊建設(shè),制定與分解質(zhì)量工作關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),建立績效管理體系。
10、規(guī)劃質(zhì)量信息化建設(shè)方案并落地實施。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科專業(yè)如材料、機(jī)械、管理等,有新能源行業(yè)者優(yōu)先。
2、在大型知名科技制造型企業(yè)擔(dān)任10年以上全盤質(zhì)量管理,質(zhì)量績效及質(zhì)量信息化管理在所屬行業(yè)內(nèi)處于前沿水平。
3、通曉全面質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)知識;精通質(zhì)量管理工具和控制手法、熟悉質(zhì)量管理體系要求,掌握國內(nèi)外質(zhì)量管理方法論,熟悉公司運營流程和企業(yè)管理方法。
4、良好的團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗,計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),有獨立思考能力與創(chuàng)新精神。
5、有良好的心理素質(zhì),能承受持續(xù)性壓力。
6、使命必達(dá)、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、全局觀念、果敢擔(dān)當(dāng)、邏輯嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、正直廉潔。
Job Responsibilities
1. Take full responsibility for the company’s overall quality management, formulate quality strategies, quality objectives, quality plans, quality policies, quality management systems and related processes & regulations, and drive their implementation.
2. Design quality control plans covering the entire product lifecycle and oversee their execution, including: R&D quality management, quality testing management, material quality management, production quality management, and after-sales quality management.
3. Be responsible for quality planning, testing, verification and evaluation of new product development to ensure that major quality issues are resolved prior to mass production.
4. Take charge of supply chain quality control, and provide guidance on the quality management of supplies from suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Establish a customer complaint handling process system, develop response and improvement mechanisms for market quality issues, reduce customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Organize and plan the ISO9000 quality management system, quality culture initiatives, quality training programs and quality-related activities, and drive their implementation.
7. Identify major internal and external quality risks and quality abnormalities, and coordinate relevant departments to address them.
8. Design the quality management organizational structure, clarify job responsibilities for each quality management module, and formulate and continuously optimize quality management business processes.
9. Be responsible for building the quality team and talent echelon, define and decompose key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality work, and establish a performance management system.
10. Formulate and implement a quality informatization construction plan.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering majors such as materials science, mechanical engineering, management science, etc.; prior experience in the new energy industry is preferred.
2. At least 10 years of experience in end-to-end quality management in large, well-known R&D and manufacturing enterprises, with cutting-edge practices in quality performance management and quality informatization management within the industry.
3. Thoroughly versed in total quality management (TQM) knowledge; proficient in quality management tools and control methods, familiar with quality management system requirements, master domestic and international quality management methodologies, and have a good understanding of corporate operational processes and management approaches.
4. Demonstrate excellent team management experience, strong planning, organizing, coordinating, communication and presentation skills, as well as independent thinking ability and innovative spirit.
5. Possess sound psychological resilience to withstand sustained work pressure.
6. Be committed to delivering results, results-oriented and holistic-minded; act with courage and accountability, rigorous logic, integrity and probity.
