Key Responsibilities主要職責:
  • Product Comparison & Analysis產品比較和分析:
    • Review and compare products across various models and
      categories. 審查和比較不同型號和類別的產品。
    • Analyze product specifications, design, materials, and
      functionality. 分析產品規(guī)格、設計、材料和功能。
    • Identify and document discrepancies or variances between
      product samples and established standards. 識別和記錄產品樣品與既定標準之間的差異。
  • Reporting & Documentation報告和文件:
    • Create and maintain detailed reports and logs of findings. 創(chuàng)建和維護詳細的調查結果報告和日志
    • Summarize and present comparison data in a clear, professional format. 以清晰、專業(yè)的格式總結和呈現(xiàn)比較數(shù)據(jù)。
    • Assist with maintaining records and product databases. 協(xié)助維護記錄和產品數(shù)據(jù)庫。
  • Office & Administrative Duties辦公室及行政職責：
    • Draft and send professional emails regarding product findings and updates. 起草并發(fā)送有關產品開發(fā)和更新的專業(yè)電子郵件
    • Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to organize data, create comparison tables, and track product attributes. 使用電子表格（Excel或谷歌表格）來組織數(shù)據(jù)，創(chuàng)建比較表，并跟蹤產品屬性。
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, procurement, customer service) to resolve quality concerns. 與內部團隊（如設計、采購、客戶服務）合作解決質量問題。

  • Quality Control Support質量控制支持：

Qualifications職位要求:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). 大?；虮究茖W歷，商務、質量管理、產品設計或相關領域（或同等經驗）
  • 3 years of experience in a product analysis, quality assurance, or similar role preferred. 3年產品分析、質量保證或跟單相關工作經驗優(yōu)先
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas). 熟練使用Office辦公軟件，尤其是Excel（數(shù)據(jù)透視表，基本公式）
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. CET 6優(yōu)秀的英語書面和口頭溝通能力。英語六級及以上
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. 注意細節(jié)和批判性思維能力強。
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 能夠在快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中管理多個任務并在截止日期前完成任務。
Preferred Skills 優(yōu)選技能
  • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) or quality control systems. 具有產品生命周期管理（PLM）或質量控制系統(tǒng)經驗
  • Familiarity with consumer product testing or compliance standards. 熟悉消費品測試或合規(guī)標準
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation or product specifications. 能夠理解技術文件或產品規(guī)范。
