職位描述

內(nèi)勤管理訂單管理
一、接待客戶日常來訪、來電、來函等咨詢服務(wù)，為銷售部提供后勤服務(wù)。
二、協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行訂單制作、跟單、樣品寄送，并跟進(jìn)，為銷售部提供幫助。
三、處理制作業(yè)務(wù)員交給的報(bào)表，單據(jù)，文件，資料等。
四、受理客戶的投訴電話，做好相關(guān)記錄，及時(shí)聯(lián)系相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員處理。
五、定期對重點(diǎn)客戶進(jìn)行電話回訪，幫助業(yè)務(wù)人員做好客情，主動(dòng)和客戶增進(jìn)了解，介紹公司的企業(yè)文化，讓客戶更加信賴公司的產(chǎn)品。
六、每月總結(jié)整理客戶的投訴資料，分析出客戶最不滿意的情況并總結(jié)出來，為公司后期改進(jìn)和制定方案作參考。
七、協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)員回收貨款，并及時(shí)提醒業(yè)務(wù)員相關(guān)貨款的回收情況。
八、及時(shí)提出合理化建議，幫助業(yè)務(wù)員成長，針對在外出差的業(yè)務(wù)員，每天電話跟蹤一次，咨詢是否有需要提供幫助。
