Key Responsibilities:
主要職責(zé):
1. Responsible for the design and development of new robotic platforms and applications.
負(fù)責(zé)新型機(jī)器人平臺和應(yīng)用的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā);
2. Responsible for the 3D and 2D design (SolidWorks) of robotic components and assemblies, conducting failure analysis, and implementing improvement measures to enhance reliability.
負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)器人組件和總成的3D和2D設(shè)計(jì)(Solidworks軟件),開展故障分析并實(shí)施改進(jìn)措施,以提升可靠性;
3. Design prototypes and develop test plans to ensure the mechanical functionality, durability, and stable performance of products.
設(shè)計(jì)原型機(jī)和制定測試方案,確保產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械功能、耐用性和性能穩(wěn)定;
4. Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to ensure the integration and implementation of various systems.
與電氣工程師和軟件工程師協(xié)作,確保各系統(tǒng)的集成落地;
5. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and reasonable cost control.
確保設(shè)計(jì)符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全規(guī)范以及合理的成本控制;
6. Familiar with Agile development methodologies to ensure rapid design, development, and iteration of product mechanical systems.
熟悉Agile敏捷開發(fā),確保產(chǎn)品機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的快速設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)與迭代;
7. Creation and maintenance of the Bill of Materials (BOM).
物料清單(BOM)的建立與維護(hù)。
Qualifications:
任職要求:
1. Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English; able to fluently read and interpret English technical documents, regulations, and standards, and capable of conducting meeting communications with UK colleagues.
良好的中英文溝通能力,能熟練閱讀和解讀英文技術(shù)文檔、法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及可以和英國同事進(jìn)行會議交流。
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械工程、農(nóng)業(yè)工程、車輛工程等相關(guān)專業(yè);
3. Minimum 3 years of CAD design experience in robotics or custom automation projects; proficiency in SolidWorks software or ability to quickly become proficient in SolidWorks.
3年以上機(jī)器人或非標(biāo)自動化相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的CAD設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)歷,對SolidWorks軟件或者可以快速上手Solidworks軟件亦可;
4. Skilled in using FEA software for simulation analysis and able to understand and implement design optimizations based on analysis results.
能夠熟練運(yùn)用FEA軟件進(jìn)行仿真分析,并能根據(jù)分析結(jié)果理解和實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì)上的優(yōu)化;
5. Deep understanding of mechanical, electromechanical production technologies, and sensor selection/layout; familiar with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and plastic injection molding.
對機(jī)械、電子電氣生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和傳感器選型布局有深入的了解,熟悉CNC加工、鈑金、焊接和塑料注塑成型等生產(chǎn)工藝;
6. Strong problem-solving skills, able to collaborate efficiently within a team to tackle challenges.
善于解決問題,能夠在團(tuán)隊(duì)中高效協(xié)作,共同應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn);
7. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills to drive the successful completion of prototyping projects.
具備優(yōu)秀的跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,推動試制項(xiàng)目的順利完成;
