化學品監(jiān)管體系全面質(zhì)量管理體系化學原料/化學制品化工
    崗位職責 / Key Responsibilities
    1. 建立、實施并持續(xù)改進公司質(zhì)量管理體系（ISO 9001、IATF 16949 等）。
    Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
    2. 負責生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量控制與監(jiān)測，確保產(chǎn)品符合國家標準（GB/T）、客戶標準及國際標準。
    Responsible for quality control and monitoring of production processes to ensure compliance with GB/T standards, customer requirements, and international standards.
    3. 主導質(zhì)量問題分析與解決，運用 8D、FMEA等工具推動改進。
    Lead quality issue analysis and resolution, applying tools such as 8D, FMEA to drive improvements.
    4. 組織和參與供應商質(zhì)量管理，包括審核、進料檢驗和糾正預防措施的落實。
    Organize and participate in supplier quality management, including audits, incoming inspections, and corrective/preventive actions.
    5. 參與新產(chǎn)品導入與過程驗證，確保量產(chǎn)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。
    Participate in New Product Introduction and process validation to ensure mass production quality stability.
    6. 協(xié)助內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量審核（客戶審核、第三方審核、體系審核），并跟進整改措施。
    Support internal and external quality audits (customer, third-party, system audits) and follow up on corrective actions.
    7. 推動精益生產(chǎn)和持續(xù)改進項目，提高生產(chǎn)效率和質(zhì)量水平。
    Promote Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and quality levels.
    8. 負責質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件、報告和數(shù)據(jù)的編制與維護。
    Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and data.

    任職資格 / Qualifications
    學歷 / Education
    ? 本科及以上學歷，機械、工業(yè)工程、材料、化學工程、質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
    ? Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Management.
    工作經(jīng)驗 / Work Experience
    ? 3–5 年以上質(zhì)量工程 / 質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗；有合資企業(yè)或外企經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
    ? 3–5 years’ experience in quality engineering/management; JV or multinational company experience preferred.
    專業(yè)知識 / Professional Knowledge
    ? 熟悉質(zhì)量管理工具（FMEA、SPC、APQP、8D 等）。
    ? Familiar with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, 8D, etc.).
    ? 掌握中國國家標準（GB/T）、CCC 強制認證及國際標準（ISO、ASTM、DIN、IEC 等）。
    ? Knowledge of GB/T standards, CCC certification, and international standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, IEC).
    技能要求 / Skills
    ? 熟練使用統(tǒng)計軟件（Minitab、JMP、Excel 等）。
    ? Proficient in statistical software (Minitab, JMP, Excel, etc.).
    ? 熟悉 ERP/MES 系統(tǒng)（金蝶、用友等）。
    ? Familiar with ERP/MES systems (Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.).
    ? 具備跨部門溝通與跨文化協(xié)作能力。
    ? Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills.
    語言 / Language
    ? 中文流利，英語良好（口語與書面）。
    ? Fluent in Mandarin; good command of English.

    ? CQE（注冊質(zhì)量工程師）等相關(guān)證書。
