崗位職責(zé)：
1. 制定和完善人力資源管理制度，提升工作氛圍，推進企業(yè)文化建設(shè)；
2.負責(zé)管理員工入離職、入職培訓(xùn)、勞動合同簽訂等人力相關(guān)工作；
3. 熟悉招聘流程，了解行業(yè)招聘標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程，優(yōu)化人才選拔機制，構(gòu)建高效的人才引進體系；
4、設(shè)計并推行員工培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展計劃，提升團隊整體能力；
5、管理員工關(guān)系，處理勞動糾紛，維護良好的工作氛圍和企業(yè)文化；
任職要求：
1.大專以上學(xué)歷， 3年或以上的相關(guān)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗，人力資源管理、管理學(xué)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 具有優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，以及出色的招聘、培訓(xùn)和員工關(guān)系管理能力；
3. 深入了解相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，制定切實可行的制度流程，精準(zhǔn)落實和開展實施；
4. 熟練使用辦公軟件，如Excel、Word和PPT等；
5. 能夠自我驅(qū)動、主動思考和解決問題，具備一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。
