新能源電氣機械/電力設(shè)備
崗位內(nèi)容：
1. 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制與檢驗：負責產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量檢查、驗收及問題反饋，制定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗標準，并監(jiān)督實施質(zhì)量目標計劃。對原材料、零部件及成品進行質(zhì)量把控，確保符合設(shè)計要求和客戶標準。
2. 質(zhì)量管理體系構(gòu)建與維護：建立和完善質(zhì)量控制體系，組織內(nèi)部審核、質(zhì)量評審及體系認證（如ISO 9001等），推動質(zhì)量管理制度的持續(xù)優(yōu)化。編寫質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件，確保流程規(guī)范化和標準化。
3. 供應(yīng)商與供應(yīng)鏈管理：負責供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量評估與管理，確保原材料和零部件的質(zhì)量符合標準，并與供應(yīng)商建立協(xié)同合作關(guān)系。
4. 生產(chǎn)過程監(jiān)控與改進：對生產(chǎn)流程進行持續(xù)跟蹤，分析質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)并提出改進措施，解決生產(chǎn)中的質(zhì)量異常問題。組織質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)活動，提升全員質(zhì)量意識。
5. 項目質(zhì)量與風險管控：在儲能項目中制定質(zhì)量計劃，監(jiān)控項目執(zhí)行過程中的質(zhì)量指標，管控質(zhì)量風險，并確保項目交付的可靠性和合規(guī)性。
6. 客戶問題處理與閉環(huán)管理：針對客戶反饋的質(zhì)量問題，協(xié)調(diào)資源進行調(diào)查、分析和解決，實現(xiàn)問題閉環(huán)管理，提升客戶滿意度
任職要求：
1.本科以上學(xué)歷，理工科優(yōu)先
2.有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者可放寬一定條件
3. 具有較強的溝通協(xié)作能力和團隊合作意識,，責任心強
