崗位職責(zé)及要求
I. 職位概述（Job Summary）
根據(jù)公司的年度目標(biāo)，制定季度目標(biāo)&月度目標(biāo)，將生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)逐一分解下達(dá)，監(jiān)督檢查其實(shí)施過程及完成效果。
建立公司物流戰(zhàn)略方針，負(fù)責(zé)物流、物料控制、進(jìn)出口、倉庫等部門的管理工作，持續(xù)完善物流體系管理制度及流程，保障生產(chǎn)的正常運(yùn)行，
II. 工作職責(zé) Responsibility
1、 建立生產(chǎn)控制和物料控制系統(tǒng);持續(xù)改進(jìn)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行；
Setting up production control and material control system; continuous improvement of system and system execution.
2、 依總公司下達(dá)之年度目標(biāo)制訂年度生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及機(jī)器設(shè)備需求計(jì)劃；
Follow group annual target to make company annual plan and equipment plan
3、 制定季度和月度生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)，審核并保證生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的順利；與相關(guān)部門合作實(shí)現(xiàn)，確保LIP達(dá)標(biāo)；
Signing of quarterly & monthly production plan, review and execution. work with related department to achieve it; to make sure LIP meet target
4、 負(fù)責(zé)平穩(wěn)生產(chǎn)，庫存控制在合理的水平；負(fù)責(zé)合理產(chǎn)能分配和***化產(chǎn)出；
Responsible for smooth production, control inventory to a proper level; Responsible for capacity allocation and max out.
5、 審核物資需求計(jì)劃確保生產(chǎn)正常進(jìn)行；
Review MRB plan and make sure material 100% on schedule to make sure product running smoothly
6、 制定倉庫年度管理目標(biāo)，提高倉庫管理水平；包括原物料，成品，備品備件及工具等
Set up annual warehouse target, increase warehouse management level. Include raw material, finish goods, spare parts and tools
7、 監(jiān)督實(shí)施物流體系職責(zé)與管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，合理優(yōu)化倉儲(chǔ)管理工作方法及流程，有效控制倉庫運(yùn)作成本；
Supervise the implementation of logistics system responsibilities and management standards, optimize the working methods and processes of warehouse management, and effectively control the operation cost.
8、 審核盤點(diǎn)計(jì)劃，保證庫存數(shù)量真實(shí)準(zhǔn)確和貨物安全；
Review inventory plan, ensure inventory quantity is true and accurate and products safety.
9、 負(fù)責(zé)原材料、成品的物流工作;
Responsible for the Logistics raw materials, finished goods, shipping documentation.
10 有效地管理進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)，確保公司貨物進(jìn)、出順利，準(zhǔn)確合規(guī)的申報(bào), 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作流程，優(yōu)化貿(mào)易系統(tǒng)CTM；
負(fù)責(zé)貿(mào)易合規(guī)相關(guān)審核（包括AEO審核）
Manage the import and export business effectively, handle Company goods inbound and outbound
smoothly and correctly. Standardization and optimize process, including CTM system. Responsible for trade compliance (including AEO) review
11. 與海關(guān)和其他政府機(jī)構(gòu)保持積極的關(guān)系，及時(shí)了解新規(guī)以便實(shí)施和解
Keep positive relationship with customs and other government agencies to understand new regulations in advance for implementation and problem solving.
12. 完成副總經(jīng)理及計(jì)劃總監(jiān)交辦事宜。
Finish A&T VP & planning director assigned case.
III.任職條件 Job Requirements
1.教育背景Education Background:
■ 本科Bachelor ■ 研究生 master ■ 研究生以上 Above
2.專業(yè)要求Major Requirements
供應(yīng)鏈管理、物流管理、電子商務(wù)、工商管理等
3.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Working Experience:
■ 15 年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn) Over 15 years relevant work experience
■ 10年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) Over 10 years relevant management experience
4.語言能力Language level:
英文English, level CET-4 (■聽力Listen ■ 口語Speak ■ 閱讀Read ■ 寫作Write)
5. 專業(yè)技能 Special Skill
數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng) database，數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，對(duì)ERP / MRP等系統(tǒng)有成熟的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
IV其他Additional Requirements(ex: industry, tool, software, etc.)
熟悉半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)生產(chǎn)及供應(yīng)鏈管理。
