JD: 1. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶合作的全流程管理,從項目啟動、樣品寄送,到最終交付線上證書及完成開票與收款,確保各環(huán)節(jié)順暢落地; 2.主動開拓Omega-3補(bǔ)充劑領(lǐng)域的潛在客戶,通過電話、即時通訊、郵件等多種渠道保持日常溝通,并利用行業(yè)展會等機(jī)會持續(xù)挖掘新的銷售線索; 3. 借助HubSpot (CRM)工具建立并維護(hù)銷售流程,做好客戶跟進(jìn)與機(jī)會推進(jìn),同時配合高級管理層制定和優(yōu)化商務(wù)提案; 4.負(fù)責(zé)合同的準(zhǔn)備與簽訂,并在成交后與挪威運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊順利完成交接;持續(xù)維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,推動合同續(xù)簽與增值銷售; 5. 及時快速響應(yīng)客戶反饋,妥善處理突發(fā)問題,保障客戶體驗,致力于建立長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系。
