An international company in manufacturing and new business ventures in Nanjing and greater Asia has an opening for an executive assistant to the president. Our firm manufactures plastics and machinery and invests in new businesses in Asia. We are entrepreneurial in nature and have a demanding work environment.

Our continued growth has created an Executive Administrative Assistant to the President opportunity in our facility just outside of Nanjing in a science park. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the President. This position requires enthusiasm, discretion, judgment and the utmost professionalism and diplomacy. This position is accountable for a variety of administrative functions including a number of confidential and sensitive matters. Necessary prerequisites for this position are to be highly organized, maintain a sense of urgency and be able to work efficiently with all levels of management and The Board of Directors.
