Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the digital and solutions business under distribution solutions division in China. Main stakeholders are all operations related functions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- 支持在配電系統(tǒng)業(yè)務單元數(shù)字化和解決方案業(yè)務部署持續(xù)改進的戰(zhàn)略和目標。
- 與各職能部門合作，利用持續(xù)改進工具方法如DMAIC等，推動業(yè)務部門在質量、交付和成本目標方面的改進，滿足客戶和利益相關方的承諾。
- 跟蹤業(yè)務運營項目關鍵績效指標（KPI）的計劃、測量、分析和匯報等工作，以展示進展和價值，使決策者能夠分配資源并認可成功。
- 推動/支持質量流程的梳理和優(yōu)化，形成或修訂質量體系文件，并監(jiān)督其實施落地。
- 推廣業(yè)務項目執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗總結歸檔和分享，促進團隊能力建設。
- 碩士及以上，管理工程或系統(tǒng)工程類專業(yè)，或其它工程類專業(yè)有輔修運營管理課程；
- 有較強的學習能力、溝通能力和抗壓能力， 具備一定的個人領導力；
- 能熟練使用Microsoft office等辦公軟件，包括PowerBI等分析軟件；
- 英語口語流利。
