Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist to work out service solutions & implement it for Project; Provide on-site installation & commissioning for MNS & Digital products , monitor project progress as scheduled
- Take care of on-site quality problems & support customers to solve quality issues，collect information incl. customer feedbacks、quality issues, etc. to make further analysis for better improvement
- Deliver the equipment safely to customers; coordinate with in-/out-side resources to shoot troubles in project execution，Offer professional trainings to customer
- Assist service sales to develop biz market & maintain customer relationship
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor Degree
- 2 years or above relevant working experience
major in Electrical Engineering, Automation and other related professional - Fluent written and spoken language skills in both English and Chinese
- Good communication skills, flexibility, teamwork spirit. Adapt to frequent biz travels，Can adapt to work in harsh conditions
