Business Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Content Management & Optimization
· Plan, maintain, and optimize content for the brand's official website,
including core copywriting.
· Establish and maintain a "Newsroom" or media section to systematically
publish and showcase company press releases and media coverage, enhancing the
brand's professional image and credibility.
2. Social Media Strategy & Operations
· Develop social media content strategies and calendars, independently
creating high-quality posts.
· Skillfully adapt key messages from press releases into formats and
language suitable for social dissemination (e.g., news alerts, graphics, short
videos) to amplify the reach of news.
3. Integrated Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
· Plan and execute online integrated marketing campaigns, responsible for
core campaign narratives and omnichannel copy.
· Lead or collaborate on drafting press releases for major campaigns, using
them as key communication milestones alongside social media to maximize
integrated impact.
Qualifications for the Role
· Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in digital
communications, content marketing, or a related field.
· Exceptional Writing & Content Creation Skills (Core Requirement):
· Strong press release writing ability, familiar with its standards and
style, with a proven track record of successful releases.
· Able to craft precise, persuasive, and platform-appropriate content for
various channels (website, social media, press releases, campaign materials).
· Proficient in Social Media & Campaign Execution: Possess hands-on experience
in planning and executing successful online marketing campaigns, and excel at
integrating news angles into social media and campaign planning.
· Familiar with website content management systems (CMS) and basic data
analysis, using data to optimize content.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, creative thinking, and a keen sense
for trends.
