崗位職責(zé): The role of Head of Food Solutions involves providing professional support for food service exhibitions, leading the national culinary team to enhance collaboration through training and communication, and guiding product development in partnership with marketing and production teams, thus improving and achieving sales results. 1Offer professional support for food service exhibitions: Complete the aligned number of customer professional exhibitions, key account visits, internal training, and other professional support. 2Lead the national culinary team to create a more professional and nationwide-shared team through daily work processes such as training, guidance, and communication. 3Lead the culinary team to participate in the development of new product flavors with marketing, PIC and production team. 4Guide the headquarters culinary team to achieve incremental growth based on the pool of food and beverage key accounts Talent development and trainings 職位要求: 10+ years of experience in sales-related work, with 5+ years of experience in the food related sector,and possesses team management experience. Proficient in FMCG, particularly the developing trends and demands of the food and beverage channel, and familiar with food industry. Previous successful experience in developing and collaborating with key accounts.
