KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要職責(zé)
1,Perform general reception duties, such as answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls to appropriate staff, handling routine queries and taking messages as appropriate. 履行一般的辦公室前臺職責(zé),例如接聽電話,篩查來電并將其轉(zhuǎn)接給適當(dāng)?shù)娜藛T,處理例行查詢并酌情接收消息。
2,Greeting and directing clients and visitors, offering tea and coffee and advising other staff of their arrivals. 問候并指導(dǎo)客戶和訪客,提供茶和咖啡,并向其他工作人員提供有關(guān)抵達(dá)的建議。
3,Assisting with conference room scheduling as necessary and resolving conflicting requests. 協(xié)助根據(jù)需要安排會議室并解決會議室預(yù)定沖突的請求。
4,Organising catering and audio-visual equipment – occasionally assisting with setting up the conference rooms. 組織餐飲和視聽設(shè)備–偶爾協(xié)助設(shè)置會議室。
5,Collate and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and delivery packages. 整理并分發(fā)傳入和傳出的信件,包括郵件和傳遞包裹。
6,Monitor and maintain sufficient supply of stationery and other basic office requisites, coordinating purchases as required. 監(jiān)視并保持文具和其他基本辦公用品的充足供應(yīng),并根據(jù)需要協(xié)調(diào)采購。
7,Be familiar with company payment system, handle with monthly office/admin payment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 教育&經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1,College degree or above. 大專以上學(xué)歷。
2,Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 具備Microsoft Word,Excel和Outlook的知識。
3,Sound verbal and written communication skills. Upper intermediate level of English knowledge is a must. 良好的口頭和書面交流能力。 必須具備中高級英語知識。
4,Planning and organising skills with the ability to multitask. 具有多任務(wù)處理能力的計(jì)劃和組織技能。
5,F(xiàn)amiliar with reception duties and workflow, 1 year or above experience as a receptionist in Hospitality industry is preferred. 熟悉接待工作和工作流程,具有1年或以上接待行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
