As a Sales Excellence Manager, your mission is to identify sales process optimization, boost C4C utilization and improve sales efficiency. You will report to Regional Communications Manager.
You will
  • Drive sales targets and sales efficiency in PTGC region by standardizing and optimizing processes.
  • Improve leads’ management and boost conversion.
  • Monitor C4C full funnel and conduct sales training.
  • Daily incidents resolution for sales.
  • Track demo usage/ROI and develop improvement plan.
  • Data driven insights and critical analysis, strong reporting skills (PBI requirements).
  • Channel management: consolidation of dealers’ performance, improvement analysis, building up framework, template, tracking/review mechanism, and providing feedback to business.
  • Drive business digitalization projects in collaboration with other departments.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of business development, sales operations or IT application
  • Deep understanding on process applications – CRM, ERP, marketing tools, C4C is a plus
  • Understanding of sales channels and sales management
  • Project and process management experience
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with IT network and infrastructure
  • SAP implementation / maintenance experiences
