生產質量管理通用設備制造專用設備制造貨運/物流/倉儲
主要職責：
Lead and support lean transformation (e.g. Daily Management, Material Flow, Quality Control)領導和支持精益轉型（如日常管理，物料流，質量控制）
Guide and coordinate subcontractor collaboration, especially in warehouse operations (e.g. receiving, inspection, shelf layout)
指導和協調分包商的合作，特別是在倉庫操作方面（如收貨，檢驗，貨架布局）
Improve site productivity and operational efficiency
提高生產效率和運營效率
Facilitate daily meetings and visual management tools
并推動可視化管理工具的應用
Track and analyse site KPIs, taking actions based on devotions
跟蹤和分析現場運營關鍵績效指標，根據客戶的需求采取行動
Identify issues and lead problem-solving
發(fā)現問題并領導解決問題
Coordinate across teams and cultures

Support training and onboarding of new processes

Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

職位要求：
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field
工程、運營或相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or site operations
5年以上制造、裝配或現場運營經驗
Familiar with lean tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, visual management)
熟悉精益工具（5S, Kaizen， PDCA，可視化管理）
Strong coordination and cross-cultural communication skills
較強的協調和跨文化溝通能力
Fluent in both English and Chinese (mandarin)
中英文溝通流利
工程、運營或相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or site operations
5年以上制造、裝配或現場運營經驗
