?負責(zé)工廠精益體系（VOS維諦運營系統(tǒng)）部署溝通與實施、精益成果持續(xù)性維護、精益知識構(gòu)建、精益最佳實踐共享等。
Accountable for facility lean/VOS deployment communications and implementation, lean result sustainability, lean knowledge constructing, and lean best practice exchange.
?精益持續(xù)改善數(shù)據(jù)分析，包括業(yè)務(wù)流程基礎(chǔ)現(xiàn)狀、量化數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤及持續(xù)改善等。
Implements lean & CI analysis including baseline of assigned departments business processes, data measurement, and continuous improvement.
?精益班組、精益項目組長培訓(xùn)與實踐效果跟蹤。
Accountable for lean training and application result tracking for Team Leader and project leader.
?識別流程及現(xiàn)場改善機會點，并積極主動推進流程和現(xiàn)場管理持續(xù)改善。
Identifies process and site improvement opportunities, takes change initiatives, and drives continuously improvement on both process and site management.
?完成精益經(jīng)理安排的其他業(yè)務(wù)工作。
Assists in other assignments from Lean Manager.

? 經(jīng)驗要求
Required Experience
?具備1-2年的現(xiàn)場IE或精益改善推行經(jīng)驗。
Prior 1-2 year of experience in IE or promoting lean on site.
?具備多團隊合作完成共同目標(biāo)的經(jīng)驗。
Prior experience in cooperating with diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
?具備Word, PPT, Excel及數(shù)據(jù)分析的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗, 熟悉CAD更佳。
Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software. Familiar with CAD preferred

Possesses basic knowledge of IE or Lean.
