Senior or Consultant in Common Law
Requirements
? 4 years or more post qualification experience in corporate,M&A and transaction in Common Law like British,Singapore,and Hong Kong;
? It is preferred to have working experience in law firm or jurisdictions in British, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong;
? Advising global Chinese and international clients on investment, JV, private mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and cross-border transactions in Singapore,Malaysia, Hong Kong and ASEAN;
? Excellent level of both written and spoken English, and spoken Chinese is preferred
? Flexible working hours and locations can be arranged two or three cities, part-time is available as well with conditions
? Having the ability to support partners and the development of business
