主要職責(zé)和活動(dòng)Key Accountabilities
1.支持新材料和新膠料開發(fā)，及時(shí)領(lǐng)用研發(fā)試驗(yàn)?zāi)z；在新材料和膠料的開發(fā)過程中，跟蹤和調(diào)整半成品加工工藝，記錄工藝參數(shù)，準(zhǔn)備用于研發(fā)樣胎的半成品部件。
Support the development of new material or compound, pick the new compound/material from Mixing in time, During extrusion, follow and tune extrusion process, record process parameters, prepare the semi-components for prototype tyres in time.
2.在新材料和新膠料投產(chǎn)前，確定工藝參數(shù)和配方，完成工藝評(píng)估報(bào)告, 及時(shí)將擠出過程、工藝參數(shù)和部件尺寸等信息準(zhǔn)備成工藝報(bào)告分享給膠料組，以便于在系統(tǒng)中按照程序文件要求及時(shí)關(guān)閉工業(yè)化。
Responsible for process parameters setting and recipes finalization before new material and product put into normal production, finally complete extrusion reports and involve extrusion process, parameters and component profiles, in order to close industrialization from system in accordance with the requirements of procedure.
3.協(xié)助研發(fā)產(chǎn)品組完成產(chǎn)品工業(yè)化，完成新預(yù)口型、新口型板、新型輥等配套工具的訂購(gòu)、測(cè)試和修理，保證新用具符合研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)工藝要求。積極與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)，為產(chǎn)品組制備質(zhì)量合格的半成品，包括胎面、胎側(cè)、內(nèi)襯層、胎圈。
Assist R&D Product team, finish the order of new performer /tread die/profiled roller and so on, test and repair them until fulfil the final requirement. Coordinate with the production planer and pick the approved compounds from Mixing in time, prepare the qualified semi-components for product team and support industrialization.
4.及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)處理剩余研發(fā)試驗(yàn)料及返回料。
Coordinate and deal with the leftover prototype material and rework in time.
5.跟蹤和解決正常生產(chǎn)中半成品工藝引起的質(zhì)量問題。
Follow and solve semi-components quality issues in normal production .
6.統(tǒng)計(jì)研發(fā)過程中產(chǎn)生的廢料數(shù)量，將報(bào)告反饋給財(cái)務(wù)部門。
Collect the R&D scrap material volume, feedback the report to Finance department.
7.參與新設(shè)備的調(diào)試，確保設(shè)備及時(shí)交付生產(chǎn)，包括：擠出機(jī)、內(nèi)襯層壓延機(jī)、敷貼機(jī)。
