崗位職責(zé):
1.Responsible for all process related quality issue or affairs,drive internal process improvement and closed-loop management .
負(fù)責(zé)所有與制程相關(guān)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題或相關(guān)事務(wù),驅(qū)動(dòng)內(nèi)部制程改善和閉環(huán)管理。
2. Manage the daily work of PQE, give direction to the team, drive each process improvement action to launch, establish KPI of PQE members to drive PQE to achieve the goal .
管理PQE 日常工作,給于團(tuán)隊(duì)方向,推動(dòng)各個(gè)制程改善行動(dòng)展開(kāi),建立PQE成員KPI 驅(qū)動(dòng)PQE達(dá)成目標(biāo)。
3.Effectively identify the risk of the process, strengthen the quality control, and continue to promote the yield improvement action through cross department cooperation to achieve the yield target.
有效識(shí)別制程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管控,跨部門(mén)合作持續(xù)推動(dòng)良率改善行動(dòng),達(dá)成良率目標(biāo)。
4.Be responsible for the overall operation and target achievement of COQ at the plant side.
負(fù)責(zé)工廠端的COQ的整體運(yùn)作以及目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
5.Lead major in process quality related measurement and compile them for tracing and showing compliance to requirement to ensure the reliability of process quality .
帶領(lǐng)從事與過(guò)程質(zhì)量有關(guān)的測(cè)量工作,并將其編制成跟蹤和顯示符合要求的文件,確保過(guò)程質(zhì)量的可靠性。
6. Maintain normal quality system and ensure it run smoothly in related area.
維護(hù)質(zhì)量體系確保體系可以順暢運(yùn)作。
7.Co-work with PQA to deal customer complaint ,promote in plant process improvement and standardization promotion .
與PQA 合作處理客訴,推動(dòng)廠內(nèi)制程改善和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化推廣。
8.Together with other departments does necessary preparation for every customer visit,and related client audit matters .
和其他部門(mén)一起協(xié)同做好客戶(hù)的到訪工作,以及相關(guān)客戶(hù)端的Audit事項(xiàng)推進(jìn)。
9.Organization and management of daily IPQA activities at plant side .
工廠端日常IPQA活動(dòng)的組織和管理。
10.Establish quality culture and promotion, improve quality awareness of all staff .
建立品質(zhì)文化和推動(dòng),提升全員品質(zhì)意識(shí)。
崗位要求:
1.至少10年供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括至少5年的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。大中型外資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
10 years+ working experience in supplier quality management at least, include at least 5 years of team leadership experience. Working experience in large and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises
2. 基于六西格瑪和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量分析問(wèn)題解決方法。
Six Sigma and related data-based quality analytical problem solving methodology.
3.優(yōu)秀的人際溝通能力,優(yōu)秀的口頭和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, excellent oral and written presentation skills.
4.流利的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力;
Good English communication both in writing and spoken.
