崗位職責(zé):
1. Be responsible for the recruitment needs and provide professional recruitment advice and solutions for the business department.
負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊的招聘需求,深入了解業(yè)務(wù),為業(yè)務(wù)部門提供專業(yè)的人才招聘建議和解決方案。
2. Effectively handle employee relations issues and promote the improvement of employee satisfaction.
主動洞察團(tuán)隊狀態(tài),有效處理員工關(guān)系問題,促進(jìn)員工滿意度提升。
3. Regularly conduct human resource data analysis to provide data support for management decision-making.
定期進(jìn)行人力資源數(shù)據(jù)分析,為管理層決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
4. Follow the training program, collecting effective feedback and continuously optimizing and adjusting.
跟進(jìn)培訓(xùn)項目或課本開展,收集反饋,不斷優(yōu)化和調(diào)整。
5. Take the initiative to communicate with all levels to ensure the effective transmission of information, and provide suggestions for personnel management from a business perspective.
主動與各層級人員溝通,保證信息在不同層級間的有效傳遞,從業(yè)務(wù)的角度對人員的管理給出建議。
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

任職要求:
1. 2 years or above of HR-related working experience.
2年以上HR相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
2. CET-4 or above.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
3. Good learning ability and adaptability.
較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和適應(yīng)能力
4. Be proactive and flexible.
