Principal responsibilities
- Leverage extensive experience in Hang Seng Bank data processing and has significant expertise in DAO Access Control, will also take on the role of testing leader, ensuring quality control for the implementation of the data strategy.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of banking industry data ETL and analytics experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Strong team spirit, quality oriented and attentive to details
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Proficiency in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
