General Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)


Documentation work related to Sea Export


Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor and manager and achieve the
KPI requirement.


Finish the daily work assigned by company with high quality and timely.





Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責(zé)


·
Booking Creation in CW1 system


·
HB/L draft verification with supplier or overseas or control tower till HB/L OK


·
SI /VGM doc collection if need


·
Input SI&VGM data into CW and submit SI&VGM to carrier/Agent to confirm MB/L timely and correctly


·
Security filing submission timely and correctly


·
Invoice title verification（+New org code application）if need


·
Debit note checking/tax invoice application/final HBL release after payment received if need


·
ATD check and update in CW


·
Manual DNO delivery if need


·
Verify whether the issued MBL is correct and have MBL to be uploaded to CW eDoc


·
Other Customized service for VIP clients

Education & Working
Experience 教育背景及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

  • Degree qualified, logistics /international trade related subjects preferred
  • Experience in freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
  • Computer skills and data entry accuracy.
Skills & Knowledge 技能與知識(shí)

  • Attention to details
  • Good team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Willing to learn new skills quickly
  • Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command both reading and written English and Chinese
